💫YOU’RE NOT GOING EMPTY-HANDED

“For the Lord hath turned away the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel; for the emptiers have emptied them out, and marred their vine branches.” – Nahum 2:2

Beloved! Knowledge is light and power. Lack of knowledge brings deformity, which is why the Bible admonishes, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

Child of God, the devil already lost the battle at the resurrection of Jesus, but he still tries to deal with you wisely—through ignorance (Exodus 1:10a). Remember, ignorance of the law is never an excuse.

Our case study today is Israel. Whenever they sinned, God handed them over to their enemies. They were afflicted, oppressed, and stripped of their treasures (Jeremiah 50:7; Isaiah 47:6).

Now, you may say, “I’m not an Israelite by birth,” but how does the devil try to empty you today? By blocking your heart from investing in God’s Kingdom (Haggai 1:2–7). By making it difficult for you to sow into the lives of God’s servants who feed you spiritually and will one day give account of your soul (1 Timothy 5:18).

Beloved, consider your ways and return to God. Follow His principles of giving, sowing, and kingdom advancement, and His promise of restoration will surely be fulfilled in your life (Joel 2:25–27).

PRAYERS
1. Father, thank You because I will not go empty-handed in life.
2. Lord, open my eyes to every area where the enemy has been emptying my treasures.
3. Every power assigned to waste my resources, I command you to fail in Jesus’ name.
4. Father, restore unto me every blessing, opportunity, and treasure that has been stolen from my life.
5. Lord, help me to invest in Your Kingdom and in Your servants, so that my harvest will overflow.
