HE IS AT THE DOOR!**

**DAY 62

HE IS AT THE DOOR!**

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door,
I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.” Revelation 3:20

Many times, this Scripture is used when reaching out to unbelievers but Jesus originally spoke these words to His church, to people who already knew Him, loved Him, served Him, and called Him Lord. This means it is absolutely possible for believers yes, even devoted Christians to shut Jesus out of parts of their hearts while believing they are walking closely with Him.

Jesus is knocking, not because He is homeless, desperate, or weak.
He is knocking because He is the rightful Owner of the house your heart.
He knocks because His love is gentle; He forces nothing.
He draws, He calls, He invites.

He stands outside some hearts because:
• Comfort replaced consecration
• Distraction replaced devotion
• Tradition replaced intimacy
• Self-will replaced surrender
• Secret sin replaced holiness
• Busyness replaced fellowship
• Religious activity replaced true relationship

Yet even when we drift, He keeps knocking.
He keeps calling.
He keeps reaching.
What unfathomable mercy!

He waits for an immediate response, not delay. The Creator of the universe, the King of kings, waits at the door of your heart. What honor! What grace! He wants to come in not as a guest but as Lord, Master, and Beloved.

But Scripture also shows us the tragedy of delayed obedience:

“I opened to my beloved; but my beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone… I sought him, but I could not find him.” Song of Solomon 5:6

This is the picture of a believer who heard the knock but responded too late.
This is the heartbreak of delayed surrender.
This is the pain of postponed obedience.

Beloved, may this never become your testimony in Jesus’ Name.

WHAT IS JESUS KNOCKING ABOUT TODAY?

Is He knocking on the door of your mind calling you away from confusion, doubt, or anxiety?

Is He knocking on the door of your habits pointing to a secret sin, addiction, or compromise you have refused to surrender?

Is He knocking concerning an assignment He gave you something you have abandoned or delayed?

Is He knocking on the door of your worship calling you back to the intimacy you once enjoyed?

Is He knocking on your generosity reminding you of the seed you withheld?

Is He knocking on your relationships urging forgiveness, reconciliation, or purity?

Is He knocking on your prayer life inviting you back to the altar you deserted?

He is knocking.
He is calling.
He is inviting.
Will you open?

When Jesus walks into a life, He never comes empty-handed.
Visitations from God always bring transformation, renewal, and impartation.

THE PROMISE FOR THOSE WHO OPEN THE DOOR

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne…”Revelation 3:21

To open the door to Jesus is to open the door to:
• Authority
• Power
• Revelation
• Friendship with God
• Fellowship with Christ
• Victory over the flesh
• Victory over sin
• Victory over the enemy
• Eternal reward

He promises closeness, companionship, and co-reigning.
What an honor.
What a privilege.
What a blessing.
